Continue on the path and collect any collectibles in the area.Įventually, you'll reach a road and there will be a bunch of Trinity soldiers there. The cutscene will end and Lara will wake up from the dream. The bridge will then be raised up and you can walk across it, but make sure to look around since there are some collectibles in this area as well. Once you do that, run down or jump down from the end of the bridge to the area at the bottom and fire a rope from that side to the other and connect it to the thing that rolls down. Then, have Jonah help you push the lever near the bridge. In order to bring the bridge up, you need to start by starting the water flow at the top of the ruins. There are many different kinds of monoliths, and deciphering them usually leads to hints to hidden areas with all kinds of collectibles. There's a mural here near the entrance to the area, as well as a Proficient Quechua Monolith that you can decipher once you learn some more Quecha. There will be another fireplace here, and you can actually upgrade your bow now if you want to. You'll talk to Jonah and he'll say he has a parasite in his arm, which Lara will take out. You'll find Jonah after finding the plane, as well as your axe. Once one of the jaguars is dead, pick up any collectibles in the area and move on. If you can't craft any of them, there are some feathers and hardwood lying around that you can pick up to craft them. If you run out of arrows, hold down the shoot button when not aiming and you'll craft some arrows. Don't just sprint because they will just catch you. When they get next to you, just mash the dodge button and you'll get away from them. The fight isn't too difficult, just focus on shooting them while walking backwards. Continue down the path, and you'll eventually get to an arena where you need to fight the two jaguars. Keep going and you'll eventually find out that some jaguars killed Miguel. Climb across to the ravine and continue down the path until you find a flare on the ground and some blood on a rock. However, to continue the story, use your bow to create a rope across the cliff on the west side of the area. Next, there is a Challenge Tomb in the north-west part of the area, which unlocks the Eveningstar's Boots, so look out for that! There are also a ton of collectibles in this area, so look out for those, as well as some murels and hidden treasure in the area as well. Once you get your bow back, you can do some extra things in this area.įirst off, you can do a small challenge involving shooting down some oropendola nests that are hanging from trees which will give you experience once you knock them all down. Once you cut the ropes, you'll need to climb up some trees and jump onto a smal cliff in order to cut some more ropes holding up your gear. Once you've obtained all three, head back to the fireplace and you'll have unlocked the inventory option, and you can craft the makeshift knife. They have little cogs on top of them as indicators. Once you have it, you will need to sharpen it in order to cut the rope.Ĭollect shrapnel from three small boxes located in the area in order to sharpen your knife. An eel will attack you, but you will need to kill it with the piece of metal once Lara pries it off. Go into the water and try to get the piece of metal off of the rotor. You can find a makeshift knife by interacting with the front of the plane, which will cause the plane to fall into the water. In the next area, you'll find some of your old stuff, but it needs to be cut down with a knife in order to reach it.
